30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at mt@myturnstore.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
